Ce mouvement a ete consacré à Seattle en 1999, mais s’est construit depuis plus d’une décennie sur une réflexion sur le système néo-libéral qui nous gouverne, plus particulièrement en remettant en question l’interprétation officielle de la démocratie- utiliser sa puissance financière pour arriver à ses fins privées.
