13000 letters of deportation issued since last year in the US

Since US Attorney General John Ashcroft had Congress pass a program of deportation a year ago, 13 000 Arab and Muslim residents have been deported or are awaiting deportation.

This new anti-terrorist absurdity does only not concern Immigrants with illegal status (and if you think about it, today a terrorist would be pretty stupid to enter the United States illegaly), some people with valid work visas were denied reentry in the US after visiting their family back home.
